At L.A.B. Golf, we want you to be fully confident in your Lie Angle Balance technology. If your equipment isn't improving your stroke, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process for a return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided to ensure your putter is tracked and insured during transit.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original L.A.B. Golf packaging, ensuring the headcover is secured to prevent any scratches or damage to the finish.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our workshop inspects the returned equipment, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
